AdventurUs was founded with one simple belief: there is adventure in all of us. We create inclusive adventure travel experiences that inspire women to connect with the outdoors, with each other, and with themselves.

All travelers who book with AdventurUs agree to show this respect by practicing Leave No Trace principles and following all rules, regulations, and customs of the places we visit. We have a zero tolerance policy for hateful or threatening speech or for discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or place of origin. Any guest who is not adhering to this policy may be asked to leave and is subject to non-refundable cancellation at any point.

Our team of women guides, trip leaders, and local partners bring professional expertise, medical training, and a whole lot of heart to every journey. We’re adventurers, educators, and connectors committed to helping you feel welcome, supported, and inspired in the outdoors.
Saveria Tilden
Chief Adventure Officer, Founder, Sparkle Maker

Saveria (she/her) has a passion for getting women outdoors. She believes that adventure is defined differently by each individual, and that there is adventure in all of “Us”, which is the inspiration behind the name, AdventurUs. Too often there are barriers that keep women from getting outdoors and Saveria wants to remove these barriers.
Saveria has close to 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry, managing and developing strategic partnerships and experiential marketing campaigns. For two years, she worked closely with the REI HQ Team managing the partners & programming for Outessa, a national outdoor retreat series for women. She also worked for REI Outdoor School as an instructor, teaching a variety of classes including kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, biking, rock climbing, navigation, hiking, backpacking, and more.
Saveria is on the board of directors for the American Hiking Society as the Immediate Past Chair and is certified as a Wilderness First Responder and Leave No Trace Master Educator. She holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, an M.A. from Pepperdine University, and lives in Bend, OR with her partner and their adventure pups.
Sarah Harmon
Operations, Trip Leader, & Photographer

Sarah (she/her) supports AdventurUs by making magic happen behind the scenes with our operations. When we are lucky she joins us capturing special moments as one of our trip photographers and helps out with our community events. Having studied photo journalism in school, Sarah loves photographing our adventure retreats and international trips when she can.
Sarah also spent 10 years in outdoor education, most of which were trips focused on getting girls and women outdoors. She is certified as a Wilderness First Responder.
You will often find her out on the trail with her sweet, blind golden retriever, Teton.

Halle Enyedy

Halle (she/her) is an outdoor enthusiast for all seasons. She can be found mountain biking and hiking in the dry months and skiing and snowshoeing in winter. Being outside is where she feels most at home. She enjoys teaching and empowering others, especially women, to find their passions.
While Halle has been teaching and guiding for over 25 years and is a certified Wilderness First Responder. She continues to be a life learner and loves taking on new challenges. "The awkward time when we try something new is when we grow."
You will often find her out on the trail with her 4-legged hiking pals Ella and Otter!
Eylene Pirez
Creative Support & Photographer

Eylene (she/her) has been with us from the very beginning capturing the magic of the AdventurUs with her camera.
Eylene is an astrophysicist and adventure photographer. Her role in entertainment is to create social impact and educational resources whether it is through education, storytelling, or photography. While her photography career started with operating the cameras on NASA’s Cassini Spacecraft, she nows takes her cameras into her own adventures here on Earth. She has worked with many brands, like Arc’teryx, to bridge the gap between outdoor exploration and science.
Eylene is an essential part of the heart at AdventurUs. We are loving watching her journey as a mom and an entrepreneur starting her own business here in Bend, OR - Play Theory Cafe!

Susan Sloan
Trip Leader & Photographer
Susan Sloan (she/her) is an experienced outdoor guide specializing in hiking, backpacking, and mountain biking. With over seven previous years with REI, she’s cultivated a wealth of knowledge to lead unforgettable adventures. Based in Austin, she’s passionate about encouraging women to explore and enjoy the wilderness. Big Bend National Park in Texas is her favorite destination, where she finds inspiration in its rugged landscapes.
Whether it’s sharing trail snacks or guiding a new adventure, she’s dedicated to making the outdoors accessible and fun for everyone.
Susan is certified as a Wilderness First Responder.
